A contemporary office complex located between Viale Stelvio and Via Valtellina, on a site that once hosted an industrial building. Designed by PRP Architettura, the project covers 12,000 square meters and includes an underground car park with 200 spaces.

With its strong architectural identity, it successfully addresses the challenge of the corner layout, restoring continuity to the urban frontage and bringing new value to an area that had long been overlooked.

The building, now home to the Intesa Sanpaolo Group, was sold in 2018.
