Palazzo Ricordi
Via Berchet
Milan
Once the historic headquarters of Casa Ricordi, this prestigious nineteenth-century building next to the Galleria Vittorio Emanuele underwent a restoration covering 5,000 square meters, with the goal of transforming it into a prime commercial and office property distinguished by its architectural quality, systems, and technological excellence.
In 2014, Palazzo Ricordi became the oldest building in the world to receive LEED Gold certification from the U.S. Green Building Certification Institute (GBCI).
