Marghera Building
Via Marghera
Milan
A post-industrial building from the early twentieth century, transformed through an urban regeneration project that redefined its use primarily for retail spaces. The complex is a rare example of an independent commercial venue in the heart of the Vercelli–Marghera shopping district.
With a total built area of over 6,000 square meters, it is distinguished by a central triple-height space and includes, in addition to its main retail function, a bar, a restaurant, offices, and terraces. It also features an underground car park with 80 spaces.
